Robin and Marian || Series 1 || " I loved her and I never told her"

So, Robin and Marian - the whole beautiful saga of series one The BBC's Robin Hood was the first television drama I remember watching and have loved it ever since. I was seven when it aired and can quote whole scenes of dialogue by heart. This show is very special to me and the story of Robin and Marian is beautiful, tragic, full of bickering and one for the ages! I know this show has a large fan base still and for those who haven't seen it, I thoroughly recommend! If you can forgive some anachronisms, its a fantastic watch. (Side note: Miss Scarlet and the Duke's director Declan O'Dwyer also directed 3 episodes of Hood, including my favourite! small world...) I have been watching Robin and Marian videos for years and always wanted to make one. The soundtrack to the series is stunning! I felt i had to use it as it makes me emotional just hearing it. Though no copyright is intended, just a tribute to one of tv's best scores! It deserves more appreciation! I often find myself revisiting Robin Hood a few times a year and lockdown seemed the perfect time! This also coincided with Thomas Midena, whose YouTube channel is full of wonderful videos, which recently includes him introducing his friends to Hood for the first time. It was so lovely to see how much the show meant to him and to see how his friends reacted to the series too - which was hilarious and touching!
