China Grass New Recipe [2023] By Chef Shireen Anwer and Chef Sumera Anwer in Urdu Hindi

China Grass !!! Those who don’ know what this is - this iis basically a milk pudding having smooth and juggly texture 💛🩷 this is one of my fsnilys favorite dessert, we make it quite often trying out different flavours 💛🩷💚


INGREDIENTS

- 5 to 6 GRAMS CHINA GRASS (BOIL IN 1/2 CUP WATER)
- 1 LITRE MILK
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1/2 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
- 2 DROPS PINK FOOD COLOR
- 1/2 TSP ELAICHI POWDER
- PINCH OF ZAFFRAN
