Absolut Temptation Activitation Campaign or is it guerilla marketing?

Guerilla marketing - or should I say activation campaign - example from Absolut - the campaign Absolut Temptation certainly proved tempting for some people hanging around the luggage area at this airport.

Original idea,but what was the real Return on Marketing Investment? Can the cost of this activation campaign be justified by any tangible marketing ROI ?
