LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Marinara Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 yellow onion - cut into small cubes
2 smashed cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 medium can of crushed tomatoes or 796ml
1/2 cup of red wine
Meatballs
600g of lean ground beef
1/4 of a large yellow onion - cut into small cubes
3 smashed garlics
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of all spices
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
1 tsp of olive oil
5 tbsps bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
130g cream cheese
Garlic Butter
2 tbsps unsalted butter - soft or melted is fine
1 smashed clove of garlic
1 steam of chopped parsley
1 tbsp of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Bread
4 sandwich buns
