アイラップを使って洗い物無しでプリンを作ります。袋の中で混ぜて、湯煎にかけるだけなのであっという間に出来ちゃいます。アイラップは見た目は一般的なポリ袋と変わりませんが、冷凍も加熱もできる優れもの。湯煎料理にも最適です。材料（2人分）卵 1個M以上牛乳(豆乳でも可) 100ml砂糖 大さじ1カラメルやメイプルシロップ適量袋の中で混ぜて、弱火で18分湯煎にかけて出来上がりUse eye
