This is my version of a recipe that I saw online and I added my own touch to it as I like to do from time to time. Enjoy!

1 c blanched almond flour
4 t coconut flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 stick butter, melted and cold
4 large eggs, separated
*optional
1 t vanilla
1 t cinnamon
1 T brown swerve
