ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಜಂಟಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಹಗರಣ ಇದು. ಬಿಡಿಎಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರದ ನಟ್ಟನಡುವೆ ಸುಮಾರು 55,000 ಚದರ ಅಡಿ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಡಿನೋಟಿಫೈ ಮಾಡಿ ಗುಳುಂ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಇವತ್ತಿನ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ನೂರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ !
