A desperate Romina (Beauty Gonzalez) seeks help from a radio station in order to find other blood donors for Cassie (Francine Diaz). Taking advantage of the situation, Daniela (Dimples Romana) strikes a deal with Romina before she finally agrees to donate blood for Cassie's operation. Because of his girlfriend's critical state, Kristoff (Kyle Echarri) suddenly leaves Marga (Andrea Brillantes) onstage during their endorsement launch. Meanwhile, Hector (Joko Diaz) orders his men to capture Jude (Luke Conde). Elsewhere, Jessa (Sheree Bautista) reveals how disappointed she is in Kulas (Ronnie Lazaro).
Daniela's (Dimples Romana) plans for the day get sidetracked when Camila's board of directors inquires about the company's expansion site. She soon turns up missing to both Marga's (Andrea Brillantes) endorsement launch and Cassie's (Francine Diaz) operation. This causes more anxiety on Romina (Beauty Gonzales) as she worries of what will happen to her daughter if she fails to get operated in time. To confirm his suspicions, Hector (Joko Diaz) orders Alvin (Eric Fructuoso) to follow Jude (Luke Conde). Elsewhere, Savannah (Kim Molina) and Juanita (Angelina Kanapi) urge Daniela to return the money she stole from Camila before it is too late.
