THIS VIDEO IS A RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLLOWING SITUATION IN FLIGHT:

24-DEC-2020. A Kalitta Air Boeing 747-400 (B744), performing flight CKS977 / K4977 from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, KY (USA) to Brussels (Belgium) was taxing at taxiway S and experienced a FOD ingestion to the number 3 engine.

TEXT VERSION OF COMMUNICATIONS (Read if subtitles in video were fast):

CKS977: Ground, CKS977.
GROUND: CKS977, stand by.
COMMENTS: About 24 seconds later.
GROUND: CKS977 Heavy, go ahead.
CKS977: Yes, sir, we’re here at S4. And on S was a piece of FOD, a large piece. I guess DHL Systems were on the taxiway, it's up to somebody else to try and clear it for us. But we'd like to have that cleared before we continue.
GROUND: CKS977 Heavy, yeah, no problem. Yeah, they came into the taxiway. I’ve got the OPS vehicle enroute now to pick up that FOD.
CKS977: Roger that.
COMMENTS: About 3 minutes 50 seconds later.
CKS977: And Ground, this is CKS977.
GROUND: CKS977, go ahead.
CKS977: Just be advised, we… We sucked that FOD into one of our engines. We got that engine shut down now, and we'll be able to taxi still. But we're gonna have to go back to the ramp here. Just advise the OPS now. I don’t know what came out the aft end. They probably still need to come out here and check.
GROUND: CKS977 Heavy, ok, roger that. That's the vehicle approaching down at T. Taxi via S, S4 and T down to spot 52.
CKS977: Alright S, S4, T. We’ll wait till the vehicle gets down here. They can see exactly what we are… It was the number 3 engine that it went through.  
COMMENTS: When OPS vehicle arrived, the pilot contacted controller. About 5 minute 30 seconds later
CKS977: CKS977, we’re standing by for OPS7 to take a look.
GROUND: OPS7, they’re waiting on you. Go ahead and check the front of the aircraft.
GROUND VEHICLE: Roger that.
COMMENTS: After inspection.
GROUND VEHICLE: Ground, OPS7.
GROUND: OPS7, Ground.
GROUND VEHICLE: Yes, sir. Pass CKS that there is no fire, looks like it's still in there, pretty well shredded. There is nothing behind the aircraft or in front of the aircraft, and that aircraft is cleared to taxi, we'll follow it back…
GROUND: OPS7, roger.
GROUND: CKS977, did you happen to copy that?
CKS977: I did, sir.
GROUND: Alright, roger that, you can taxi via S, S4, T back to spot 52.
CKS977: Okay, we copy and we taxi S, S4, T back to spot 52, CKS977. Thanks for your help.
GROUND: …

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
