These creamy and cheesy potatoes are the perfect side dish to make in your air fryer! No need to heat up your kitchen or big oven! Cooks in about the same time. Your Family will enjoy these for sure!
Makes 4 to 6 servings
4 to 5 medium russet potatoes …Russets or Yukon gold Sliced as thin as possible
1 small yellow onion. Thinly sliced
8 oz (2 cups) fresh shredded white cheddar or Gruyère Cheese.
1 c chicken broth
1 1/2 c whole milk or 1/2&1/2
1 T butter
1T flour
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 t dried thyme
Pepper to taste
