Frog walker, with croll

This is your basic frog walker ascent system. Using a Petzl Croll, a Hand ascender, foot ascender and a footloop. You must have something tending the croll either a small clip off suspenders as i have or a small tether that will hold it upright.

Its very efficient, one thing to note is the lower you can keep the croll the more efficient it can become.
