Take some minutes to stretch and give your muscles some love.♥︎ If you train your muscles with my videos, you definitely should not miss to stretch them regularly. This video will help you to stretch your entire body, to relieve stiff muscles, to improve your flexibility and mobility and to calm down and relax. I do this routine after I finished my workout (especially leg/booty day!) to cool down, it's literally my award after a beast mode session :D You can do this stretching routine anytime and every day. It's also nice to do it before bed, your muscles will thank you for it. :)
