This is a video on how to install and use the Hellcats Recovery Flasher on a PSP running on Custom Firmware (CFW). You need to be on CFW in order to use this program for the PSP and this program allows you to Up or Downgrade any CFW and flash install it. Follow the video for further instructions. You will need the Hellcats Recover Flasher EBOOT file in the ms0:/PSP/GAME/RECOVERY folder or else it will not work properly. the RECOVERY folder must be in all caps.

Also you will need the Official Firmware EBOOT files as well to put on the ms0:/ Root of the PSP's Memory Stick (MS) or else you will not be able to up or downgrade your firmwares.

Note* If you download one of the OFW EBOOT files and it is called EBOOT.PBP, for an example if you downloaded the 4.01 EBOOT and it is called EBOOT.PBP rename it as 401.PBP, 371.PBP, 500.PBP, etc.
