Thandai Powder
Ingredients -
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup pistachio
15 nos black peppercorns
5 green cardamom
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp melon seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/4 cup rose petals
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
Pinch of jaifal powder
1 tsp saffron / turmeric powder

Instant Thandai MilkShake
2 cups milk
4 tbsp thandai powder
2 tbsp desi khand / powder sugar
