This video demonstrates a cheerleading stretch routine using the Myosource Flexibility Stunt Strap.

We are using the Flexibility Stunt Strap during this stretching routine to work your hamstrings, quadriceps (thighs), glutes (butt), hips, I.T. band and groin (inner thigh).

The Flexibility Stunt Strap allows you to keep the leg straight and focus on the stretch. Keeping your body flat on the floor and staying in proper form helps you achieve the greatest level of benefit with each exercise.

Hold each exercise for 10-15 seconds. Hold the stretch at a position where you feel the stretch but not to the point of feeling pain. With each set and repetition keep working towards increasing your range of motion.

Perform 3-4 sets of each exercise. We suggest stretching at the end of every practice or cheer workouts.
