Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Luke Warm Milk
- 1/4 cup Luke Warm Water
- 2 cup Refined Flour
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Ghee

For Kulcha Filling:
- 1 tsp Whole Coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3-4 Boiled Grated Potatoes
- 1 chopped Onions
- Black Salt
- 2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Pomegranate Seeds Powder
- 1 tsp Carom seeds
- 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Chopped Onion
- Green Coriander
- Salt

For Imli Chutney:
- 1/4 cup Tamarind Pulp
- 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Black Salt
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Boiled Mashed Potato
- 1 Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Pomegranate Seeds Powder
- 2 tbsp Green Coriander
- Salt as per taste
- 3 tbsp sugar

For Kulcha Technique on Tawa:
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Salt

For Toppings:
- Kalonji
- Coriander (chopped)
- Red Chilli Powder
