Katto Sky Tours is located in Jaco beach, central Pacific of Costa Rica. We are a specialized team dedicated 100% to our passion and profession, with more than 35 years in the practice of paragliding. Safety is our motto, which is why we have the best and most up-to-date equipment for paragliding. As we know that our passengers are all different, we have all the approved sizes in the market, to be able to fly without any problem according to the conditions of the moment. We are the only company in Costa Rica that uses the method of taking off with winch, which offers the greatest safety to the passenger as well as to the pilot since the passenger, contrary to what happens with takeoffs from the mountain, with the winch does not He has almost no control of anything on takeoff and that's what we pilots like, to have all the control in our hands. This technique is not new, it has existed since the beginning of our sport, with the advantage that current technology offers maximum safety equipment for the practice of take-off around. En Katto Sky Tours estamos localizados en playa Jaco, pacifico central de Costa Rica. Somos un equipo especializado y dedicado al 100% a nuestra pasion y profesión con más de 35 años en la practica del parapente. La seguridad es nuestro lema y para eso contamos con los mejores y mas actualizados equipos para la practica del parapente, contamos con todas las tallas homologadas en el mercado para así poder volar a cada pasajero con la talla mas adecuada para el cliente y las condiciones del momento. Nuestros equipos están certificados y son renovados continuamente con los últimos modelos y avances tecnológicos. Somos la única empresa en Costa Rica que utiliza el método de despegue con “torno” el cual ofrece la mayor seguridad al pasajero como al piloto ya que el pasajero (al contrario de lo que sucede con los despegues desde la montaña) no tiene casi control de nada en el despegue y eso es lo que nos gusta a los pilotos, tener todo el control en nuestras manos. Esta técnica no es nueva si no que existe desde los principios de nuestro deporte, con la ventaja de que la tecnología actual ofrece equipos de máxima seguridad para la practica del despegue en Torno. Jaco está situado frente al océano pacifico y sus condiciones son más que perfectas para la práctica del parapente biplaza y nuestra enorme zona de aterrizaje nos ofrece una confianza y seguridad difícilmente comparable. La brisa marina de Jaco es nuestra aliada y nos permite volar el 95% de los días del año.Contamos con miles de vuelos de experiencia con pilotos nacionales e internacionales apasionados con lo cual aseguramos una experiencia única y placentera.
