5 things you need to know before you get or buy - Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Cool.
A relatively simple yet comprehensive buying guide that allows users and potential customers to pick this one or not.
I personally love it despite all the cons listed below. Over time and as a fragrance enthusiast, I have trained my nose to appreciate smells that are less mainstream, more unique, and stand out from the crowd.
📌1) From the house of Guerlain, known to use the best quality ingredients and essential oils in its perfumes. High-end designer house often considered as niche by some popular fragrance enthusiasts and reviewers
📌2) Unique smell and very different from the other flankers, although it still has the almond, which is the main link in this the L'Homme Ideal line
📌3) Although this flanker was released (in 2019) as a replacement for the popular L'Homme ideal Cologne (2015) lot of people do find similarities with the smell of mouth wash, tooth paste or cleaning agent
📌4) Performance is average to weak. I get about 4 hrs max on my skin, and it does not project like a beast. Versatility, in my opinion, is also limited to day wear and mostly for spring and summer.
📌5) If you do not want to smell like the Average Joe and do not care about massive compliments, but would rather smell unique and stand out from those still rocking Dior Sauvage and Bleu de Chanel, give it a go! ✈️
