Quick & Easy Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes Recipe |

⏺️ Ingredients
1 Medium-sized head of cauliflower , chopped into florets (about 1 1/2-2 lbs.)
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
6 garlic cloves , minced
salt and pepper , to taste
⏺️ Instructions
1️⃣ Steam cauliflower for about 5-8 mins Set aside to dry.
2️⃣ Add olive oil to pan and cook garlic for about 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Put garlic and cauliflower into food processor with salt and pepper and process until it resembles mashed potatoes.
4️⃣ Stir in cheese or hummus to make creamier.
