As we know a column subjected with not only axial force but with moments also. When a column is subjected with Uni-axial or Bi-axial moment along with axial forces he foundation for that column will be eccentric Foundation.
here is a First part of the video tutorial of the Design of  Eccentric  Isolated Column Footing. In this video we learn how to fix the size of footing i.e. length, width and depth of footing.
In second part we learn ne way shear check and two way shear check. Also provide reinforcement details.
