The Franco-German main battle tank is, developed under the EMBT [Enhanced Main Battle Tank] project. New design four-man crew, distributed as follows: commander, gunner, driver, and combat operator.
This is EMBT enhanced main battle tank. Although the tank's appearance is conventional, this tank is next generation in terms of features including drone launch capability in terms of situational awareness. The commander's sight is weaponized, and there is a 360-degree situational awareness in case of close-quarter combat. In addition, it is also equipped with a trophy APS. The new capability of this tank is that it can engage drones with its remote weapon station equipped with a 30 mm autocannon, which can fire air-burstable ammunition rounds. The crew of this tank is comprised of 4 personnel and their roles are commander, gunner, driver, and system operator. Yes, you heard right system operator, the fourth one is not the loader. There is an autoloader in this tank, and due to advanced complex systems, the fourth man is induced into the machine. The weight of the tank is equivalent to other western counterparts, and the engine is also 1500 horsepower.
