Humvee- Geared Hub Seals

Read the Technical Manual but check this out if you’re interested.   Do get new locking washers and new 8 notch spindle nuts.   There are other, even more secure, spindle nuts out there.   Research those.    Also, be prepared to buy any new bearings and the “spacer” gaskets that I mention.   You may need them.   I feel that I did not need those.    Get some brakeclean to get the nooks and cranny’s clean.   Clean up your gasket surfaces throughly prior to reassembly.   I used Teflon tape to seal up my three screw in plugs.   We’ll see how that works for me.      Your comments will help the next man.   Thanks for watching.
