It's amazing how many times I get random calls from people that live out of town asking me for help buying a home in Pinecrest, Florida. A few times, the person on the other line was a celebrity or athlete that didn't live in Florida or even live in the US.
Pinecrest over the years has become the home of many famous people. Some of the most famous have been Jeff Bezos, Timbaland, Dwyane Wade, David "Big Papi" Ortiz, and many many others, especially Miami Heat players.
There have been times that nearly a handful of current HEAT players have lived in Pinecrest. The reason so many people ask to live in Pinecrest is because of the excellent schools, spacious homes, HUGE lots, and walkability.
Although Pinecrest is relatively a very small area, it is incredibly easy to make HUGE mistakes when buying a home. In this video I share with you three really costly mistakes that people make when buying a home in Pinecrest.
