Quick Frost guide:

Change season ability for Ensnare.
Kill duration - you need only 70% to cancel Ensnare’s delay

Maxing range and strength- you need 160% strength to make 4th ability fully remove armor.

Put primary frostbite arcane in your primary weapon. Avalanche with 220% range will give you instant 40x stacks in one cast

Weapon: whatever you want with great damage and radial attack . Good options are Quellor, Nataruk, Cinta.

How to play:
Cast 4th, ensnare someone, group enemies, cast first ability (just for more statuses) and shoot.

Against corpus and corrupted game can crash. But it nukes
