A State witness in the
A State witness in the murder trial of slain CityMed CEO, Dr Louis Siemens, has told the Bloemfontein High Court that he's been intimidated by the accused.
The witness, a waiter, told the presiding judge the accused had made gestures to him while he was giving his testimony.
He's the key witness in corroborating CCTV footage that shows the deceased with his estranged business partner, Stanley Bakili. It's alleged that Bakili hired hitmen to kill Dr Siemens.
