What happens if you talk to Minthara after sleeping with Karlach?

This is a rare dialogue with Minthara after sleeping with Karlach. You can unlock it by romancing Minthara after fixing Karlach's heart with Dammon. This is another proof that there is a timeline where Minthara, Halsin, and the tiefling can coexist alive. I didn’t use mod. I used the sheepthara technique to achieve this.
