Cross Stitch 101: Using Stretcher Bars | Embroidery Tutorial

This is one that I've done before, but the sound was so awful, I had to re-record it.  But I get a lot of questions about stretcher bars, and what they are, and how to use them.  This answers all of those questions!

Stretcher bars are great for holding your cross stitch because there's no fiddling around with tension and having to move your work field around.  It's all right there in front of you, for as long as you need it to be.
