Martin Brundle designs epic Scalextric Formula One track - Daily Mail

The 'Ultimate 2015 Track', designed by British racing driver Martin Brundle (main image), is made up of 177 pieces and features more than 40 corners (inset), chicanes, and sections from the 2015 Formula One calendar, recognisable to motorsport fans around the world. Experts have struggled to come up with an estimate value for the circuit, which features miniature sized landmarks including the Monaco swimming pool, the Singapore Flyer and the Silverstone wing, due its uniqueness. It will be auctioned off for Children in Need at Laverstoke Park in Hampshire at the CarFest event where visitors can race it over the weekend of August 29 and 30.
