The biggest mistake physical therapists make when starting a business is hiring yourself as the treating therapist.
You are an amazing therapist and great at what you do. That is the problem. Because you are so good, when patients start working with you they don't want to work with anyone else.
If you want to build a business that affords you time freedom and financial security, don't hire yourself as the primary treating therapist.
