Recipe:
4 to 5 Medium Yams or Sweet Potatoes (cut)
1 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
1 1/2 Cup Sugar (I start out with this amount and add more as desired)
2 to 3 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Lemon Extract
1 tsp Butter Extract
2 to 3 Tablespoons of Cinnamon ( I add more but this amount will get the job done!)
add a few pinches of salt to balance the flavors
