Make your own fruit pectin,
Make your own fruit pectin, I know alot of you have been making Jams and Jellies and buying fruit pectin and more than likely have some in storage. Most of you I am sure know that you can reduce your mixture down and the natural Pectin in your fruit will be sufficient and you wont need to use pectin but that takes a very long time and uses lots of resources. Why not make your own, can or freeze it and always have it on hand. This is how you do it, step by step.
