Cheap and Easy Motovlog Setup - GoPro Hero 9/10 Black - Helmet mic

I've done the research and
I've done the research and field testing for you - checkout the cleanest, easiest and safest setup I've found for helmet mounted camera and in helmet microphone when motovlogging. This works for both on and offroad motorcycle helmets!
Update-
I did some further testing and discovered the media mod mic settings MUST be in "Standard Mic" not "Standard Mic +" The "+" increases the background noise making it inaudible. If you have issues with audio quality at speeds check that setting ;)
