There are three ways you can cut your tile: with a wet saw, an angle grinder or a tile breaker.
Wet saws are great for straight cuts and two-angle cuts. A tile breaker is only for straight cuts. It is good for around 90% of the cuts you will make on the job. A tile breaker is very transportable and great for tile installations on the levels above the ground floor. Score the SnapStone tile, pry it a bit, and score it a couple more times with a utility knife; the tile should then snap apart. And angle grinder is used for specialty cuts, like a circle or interior cut.
