Veg Fried rice recipe ( Odia ) | Vegetable fried rice recipe by mrunalinee | Indo-Chinese recipe : Fried rice is a most popular Indo-Chinese recipe. Here I have shown mix vegetable fried rice recipe in this video. Making of this super tasty Indo-Chinese rice dish ( fried rice recipe/ veg fried rice recipe ) is very simple and quick. It can be enjoyed with any Chinese side dish ( Chilli paneer, cauliflower manchurian, babycorn manchurian, chilli mushroom or with any non-veg chilli & manchurian ) . So must try this quick and super delicious fried rice at home and enjoy .
Ingredients:
1. Basmati Rice - 1 glass (Wash and remove the water well)
2. Chopped carrot - 1/4 cup
3. Chopped bell pepper - 1/4 cup
4. Chopped French beans - 1/4 cup
5. Chopped spring onion (white) - 1/4 cup (you can also take normal onion instead of white onion)
6. Sliced mushroom - 1/4 cup
7. Sliced cabbage - 1/2 cup
8. Finely chopped ginger - 1 inch or 1/2 tsp
9. Finely chopped garlic - 1 tsp (5-6 cloves)
10. Chopped green chili - 1 or add as required
11. Finely chopped spring onion (Piaaja patra) - 2 tsp
12. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp or add according to your taste
13. Soy sauce - 1/3 tsp or add as per taste
14. Salt (according to the taste)
15. Cooking oil to fry
16. Water - 2 glass (To boil the 1 glass of rice)
