WE WILL NEED
FOR TEST:
100 ml warm water
100 ml milk
50 ml vegetable oil
60 g sugar
1 egg white
10 g fresh yeast / or 1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 sachet vanilla sugar
salt a pinch
450 g flour
20 g cocoa
20 g butter
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp. milk

FILLING:
2-3 apples
1-2 tbsp. Sahara
1 tbsp. butter

BAKE IN THE OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
OVEN MODE UP-BOTTOM
WITHOUT CONVECTION
