👉 Journey to discover the road from the My Town through the Ach Pass to Muong Lo Nghia Lo, Yen Bai
Ace Pass, the source of Ngoi Pha stream. Located entirely within Van Chan district, this is a majestic pass of Yen Bai province, along with Lung Lo and Khau Pha passes. Ace Pass is famous for its steep slopes and many sleeve bends. The sudden rain of the mountains, bringing with it a thin mist that obscures the driver's vision, often makes visitors "falter" when going through this pass that only lasts a few kilometers.
Although it has not reached the ideal height to see the majestic scenery of the Northwest, the road through the Ach Pass brings you fresh air and the rustic beauty of Van Chan village. The Ngoi Lao River runs through the foot of the Asc Pass, flows into streams and brings life to the fields that are also in harvest.
Nghia Lo town is located on Highway 32, 80km west of Yen Bai city. Here there is Muong Lo field which is the second largest field in the Northwest with the famous verse: “Muong Lo white rice, clear water; Everyone who go to here do not lap to come back". Not only known for its large and straight fields with flying stork wings and famous delicious rice, but Muong Lo - Nghia Lo is also known as the cradle of ancient Xoe dances along with famous Thai cuisine. .
Coming to Muong Lo, Nghia Lo town, Yen Bai province, visitors can stay in large stilts houses, immerse themselves in Cau Mua festivals, the bustling sound of trumpets with the Chom Chieng dance, and enjoy passionate wine yeast. captivated, bewildered by the Thai girls wearing colorful dresses, full of youthful energy.
Not only having white rice, clear water and festivals full of national identity, Muong Lo also attracts visitors with passionate ancient dances. If you have been to Muong Lo once but have not been immersed in passionate Xoe dances with Thai girls, that trip seems incomplete. "Spread for a bountiful harvest, trees to bloom and bear fruit, spread in the passion of human love". When we blend into the circle, we can feel the charm of the hand-stretching dance around the bright pink fire. Xoe is a cultural feature in community activities, typical of the Muong Lo - Nghia Lo ethnic groups.
