Vintage MOTU Sy- klone restoration - Toy Polloi

Time for another He-Man and the Masters of the Universe vintage toy restoration, and this time it's Sy-Klone that gets some attention. He needs paint repairs, a new lenticular decal, and is missing the rubber parts that go around his head, wrists and ankles.  

I enjoy working on these old Mattel MOTU figures as the end results always look very good.
