• 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
• 4 eggs
• 220 g (about 2 1/4 cups) ground almonds
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Powdered sugar
Baking pan: Diameter: 26 cm
Baking: 160°C (320°F) for 40 minutes, convection
