RADHABALLABHI RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
1. SOAK URAD DAL : 00:15
Urad dal / Black gram skinned and split - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup (To soak)
Water - 1/3 cup (Add while grinding)
Note : Do not add extra water
2. Peas Potato Sabji Recipe : 00:46
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 4 or 5
Chopped potato - 3 medium size
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Chopped Tomato - 1 medium size
Turmeric / haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp (As per taste)
Sugar - 2 tsp
Water - 3/4 cup (Adjust consistency as per taste)
Coriander - for garnishing
3. Grind Urad Dal : 02:30
4. Saunf Chilli paste : 02:54
Chopped ginger - 2 inch
Green chilli -4 or 5
Saunf / Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
5. Dough Ingredients : 03:16
Plain flour / Maida - 1 & 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 Tsp (as per taste)
Urad dal paste - 2 Tbsp
Saunf Chilli paste - 1 Tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Water - 1/3 cup
6. Filler preparation : 04:35
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Add saunf chilli paste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Add urad dal Paste
Salt - 1 Tsp
7. Roll Radhabhallavi : 06:43
8. Deep fry Radhabhallavi : 07:55
9. Serve Radhabhallavi : 08:30
