Dalgona Coffee by The Foodie Ninja
Ingredients for Whipped Coffee Cream (per serving):
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot water
Hot Dalgona Coffee:
Hot milk
Coffee powder
Cold Dalgona Coffee:
Ice cubes
Milk (Cold or room temperature)
Grated dark chocolate
Instructions:
Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a bowl. Mix well until fluffy (around 5 minutes using hand mixer; or 10 minutes using a whisk)
For Hot Dalgona Coffee: Add hot milk into a mug, then add whipped coffee cream. Add coffee powder on top.
For Cold Dalgona Coffee: Add ice cubes and milk into a mug, then add whipped coffee cream. Add grated chocolate on top.
