1 tsp dried yeast
1 tbls warm water
1/4 cup warm milk
1 tbls sugar
1 tbls butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
vegetable oil for frying
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbls cinnamon
Cream & strawberry jam to serve
