Meditation to heal the Root chakra:
• Sit in a meditating posture and let the tips of your thumb and
  index finger touch.
• Concentrate on the Root chakra at the base of the spine.
• Chant the sound “LAM”.


Mantra -
Om Aim Hreem Hasoum Tripurayai Pretpadmasan Sabhasthitayai Namah

Meaning -
This is a Shakti mantra for the Muladhara chakra.  Shakti appears as Tripura (in her third form) resembling a Chinese rose; she is with the loosened hair and has a beautiful face; is of reddish complexion and she wears red garments. It is in the Muladhara, in the basic centre in the subtle body that the Word as a concentrated consciousness, Tapas, as a reservoir of the unmanifested potent power, as Para Vak. abides. And so Tripura Bhairavi is Para Vak.


#MuladharaChakra also known as Root Chakra is located the base of your spine. It is your seat for stability, courage, perfection, grounding and focus. Beeja mantra for meditation on this Chakra is LAM.  Daily meditation with this mantra resonates with the vibration of the chakra and balances it.  Meditating with this mantra sound cleanses and balances the Root Chakra.
