Forehand Tennis Lessons: 3 Easy Tips To Hitting MASSIVE Forehands
The first tip to hitting massive forehands is moving as a unit with the racket with both hands. This creates a unified rotation that sets up the forehand to have a tremendous amount of power and coordination.
Next is using the non-dominant arm stretched out parallel to the baseline. This will happen as a release, a stretch, and then a pull, that all happens very quickly during the forehand swing. The non-dominant arm will pull away as the racket is dropping. The left hand will clear away when this happens. The left arm will pull away in a semicircle.
The last tip to bigger forehands is KNOWING where your contact is. Contact on a medium height ball should be in slightly in front of your body with the shoulder in a natural position.
