I decided to film what I eat in a day!

Depending on my work schedule, it changes what I eat in a day, but when I cook at home, I cook mainly Japanese food and make sure that I eat the color of a rainbow. But with above all, I don't restrict myself from eating, and eat whatever I feel like to have that balance and stress-free lifestyle!

There are so many different kinds of dates, but my favorites are Medjool dates! I usually get them at 成城石井 or Costco in Japan!
