INGREDIENTS FOR VELVEETA CHEESE SAUCE
8 oz (227 g) block of Velveeta cheese
4 oz (123 g) sour cream (or cream cheese)
1/2 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/3 cup (78 ml) milk
2 Tbsp pickled jalapeno brine
TACO MEAT
1 lb (454 g) lean ground beef (or meat of choice)
1 packet of taco seasoning
3/4 cup (177 ml) water
INGREDIENTS FOR SCRATCH MADE CHEESE SAUCE
2 Tbsp (20 g) all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 1/2 cup (375 ml) whole milk
4 oz (118 g) softened cream cheese
8 oz (227 g) block of sharp cheddar cheese
