We traveled to Sendai, the center of the Tohoku region and the representative city of Miyagi Prefecture. Sendai is a must-visit city for foodies, with its signature dishes of Gyutan (beef tongue), Kamaboko (fish cakes), Zundamochi (rice cakes topped with mashed green beans), Tuna from Shiogama City and Oysters from Matsushima. In this video, we introduce Aobadai Park, the site of Sendai Castle, and 'Aji Tasuke', a restaurant that originated Gyutan (beef tongue).
