Everything you need to know to make a perfect old fashioned, from the best ingredients, tips and tricks...
Given the Old Fashioned is the top selling cocktail in the world, it's probably time you learned how to make it!
In this Masterclass I take you through everything you need to know to give any seasoned bartender a run for their money.

Ingredients, tools & method:
60ml (2oz) Rittenhouse Rye
5-10ml (1/6-1/3oz) sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes Dr Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite bitters
A lemon twist
A big block of ice
A rocks glass
A mixing glass
A barspoon
A julep strainer
Prep your twist.
Add bitters & rye to the glass, fill with as much ice as possible and stir until desired dilution. Strain over good quality ice, squeeze the lemon twist to expel the citrus oil over the drink then add the twist to the glass.
Enjoy!
