In order to truly achieve sales success as an entrepreneur, you need to have a deliberate plan that will allow you to attract customers. In this video, I go over some of my tips for coming up with your own sales plan.
Here are a few steps to getting your first five customers:
The first step is to drive leads into your business. You can’t have customers without leads. A lead is someone who has shown interest in your product or service but hasn’t yet crossed over into being a customer. The best place to drive your leads is onto your list. To do this, it’s important to create content that is relevant and meets a need for your ideal customer avatar.
The second step in learning to attract customers is to establish the know, like, and trust. This is a huge part of sales success. No matter what method you use to drive leads, you will then have to connect. People buy from people they know, like, and trust. You do this by continuing to communicate and share like experiences with your leads. The better they get to know you, the more likely they are to buy from you.
Another step is to create an irresistible offer. The offer is the accumulation of everything that you have to give to the customer. Figure out how you’re going to communicate the offer to this person that you’ve been engaging with. What is something that they can’t say “no” to?
By following the steps I share in this video, you will be well on your way to getting your first paying customers. Sales success depends on your ability to attract customers. Once you get customers, the money will follow.
