All Purpose Flour - 3/4 cup
Custard Powder - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter - 85 gms
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Tutti Frutti - 1/4 cup
Chopped Cashews - 3 Tbsp
Mix Fruit Essence - 1/2 Tsp
Water/Milk - 2 Tbsp

Method:
Preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 mins.
Meanwhile to make the dough, in a mixing bowl, add in flour, custard powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, butter cut into cubes.
Rub the butter flour mixture in between your fingers and make the entire mixture homogeneous. It should look like wet sand. Now add in little water/milk and mix fruit essence. Form a soft dough. Mix in the tutti frutti and chopped cashews with the dough.
To immediately roll the dough, line a butter paper on your table top. Place some of the prepared dough. Now top it with another butter paper and roll with a rolling pin until it evenly becomes around 1/4 inch of thickness. Remove butter paper from top. Cut out with your choice of cookie cutter. Repeat process until dough is over.
In a baking tray line butter paper and place all the dough cut outs.
Bake for 10 mins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius.
Once baked, cool down the cookies and then store in an airtight container so that it remains fresh and crunchy.
