Extra somehow makes a video without putting Smoke & Mirrors as a background song!

Sister cities are two different cities, often in different countries, who work closely together to improve both of their trade, tourism, culture, etc... In this video you'll find out how sister cities came to be, some of the examples that I like, and how I can use it to escape exile! (for sure this time!)
